Add frozen yuca to a pot with water turn heat on high to bring to a boil. Cook for 15–20 min until fork tender but not mushy. Drain and let it cool slightly for 5 min.
Slice yuca into fry like shapes making sure to remove any strings from the center of the the yam.
Toss the yuca fries with salt and spray them with pam till all sides are evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (205°C).
Arrange yuca fries in a single layer in the air fryer tray or basket.
Cook for 15 minutes, turning the fries halfway through process. Fry until crispy and lightly golden brown.
